It was vacation and we would come here again. The food was appetising overall. Location: the hotel was just off the garden and several restaurants from the Marina and a grocery store and convenience store. Dined at Lolo Lorena, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

We were impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and the abundance of amenities offered. My mind was blown by the spacious and clean room, with jaw-dropping air conditioning that made me feel super comfortable. The unique location, close to tourist areas and stores, added to the convenience. Eric, the owner, was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The property itself was a dream vacation, with a breathtaking Caribbean view from the private balcony. The traditional Mexican tile decor was very appealing. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook fresh fish from the nearby fish co-op. The water toys and comfortable lounges provided endless fun and relaxation. The Friday night BBQ at the El Milagro Marina was a great way to meet other guests. The staff, especially Inga, went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous, even ordering food and wine for our late arrival. The peaceful little beach between the piers was a hidden gem, and we had a delightful fish dinner prepared by the staff. Biking around the island was easy from the central location. El Milagro also offered paddle boards and kayaks for free, adding to the fun. The character of the place, the friendly hosts, and the great recommendations for tours and eateries were all outstanding. Our Ocean Garden 2 was comfortable, clean, and fit my family of five perfectly. The A/C worked great, ensuring a comfortable stay. our experience at this undisclosed hotel was simply amazing.

I recently stayed at El Milagro in Isla Mujeres for a week-long getaway. This place is truly unique, being an old shrimp co-op turned hotel. The rooms are like little apartments with kitchens, and the funky mosaics throughout the property add a cool touch. The beautiful grounds include a small but awesome plunge pool surrounded by palm trees for shade. I loved the outdoor community kitchen and the several free grills available. The hotel offers bikes, kayaks, and SUPs for guests to use, and there's even a marina and a beautiful sailboat dock. The small beach is swimmable and has palapas and lounge chairs, creating a magical ambiance. A highlight for me was the AC private movie theater, and there are also ping pong tables, books, and plenty of fun spots to relax, including hammocks. The staff, especially the owner Eric and receptionist Inga, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with a few yummy restaurants in walking distance and taxis easily available. Renting a golf cart for a day was also a fun way to explore the island.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The decor and attention to detail were fantastic. From the mats on the tile floor beside the bed to the illuminated dimmer light switches, everything was designed beautifully. The location was quiet and peaceful, with two good restaurants and a lively bar nearby. I also enjoyed the spacious and air-conditioned accommodation, which provided an idyllic view.
The staff could have been more hospitable and attentive. There were times when it felt like they were not readily available to help with any requests.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, which comfortably accommodated our family. The hotel's beautiful grounds and its ideal location on the island provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved having access to a private beach and a small pool that was never overcrowded. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and courteous, enhancing our overall experience.
Furthermore, the lighting in the rooms was inadequate, creating a dark atmosphere. Additionally, the sports/movies room was not up to par and appeared unappealing.
